I don't think Poke gets enough love so I'm picspamming him now. This contains pics from Get Some to Combat Jack and there'll be a follow up with the rest of the episodes.








Some things:

→ I don't think Poke or Jon Huertas get enough love. Why is there not more BFF Colbert/Poke fic?! Where are the Jon picspams?! WHERE?!
→ It took me a while to warm to Poke but when I did he became a firm favourite.
→ I love that Brad pulled strings to get him into Recon Marines.
→ I love how upfront he is about everything.
→ I can't really say why I love him so much. He's not really the moral centre and yet he seems most aware of what they're doing and the consequences of it.
→ He breaks my heart so many times and cracks me up so many more.

And I feel like a total idiot, but I was watching a Castle marathon the other night and I just realized the other officer was him. And then I cheered. :D

I watched Castle first and just thought of him as a guy from NCIS and various other things but now he's definitely just Poke.

I know! I can't imagine him as anyone other than Poke now. Which makes watching Castle extremely entertaining with all the AU stories in my head. :P

There's this fic... A Mexican and a Jew Walk Into A KKK Rally. Can't remember the author, but it's someone the GKill fandom knows and loves. It's mainly Poke/Colbert BFF-ness, with a little Brad/Nate, too.

Also: POKE. POKE. POKE. POKE. POKE. The pulling strings bit? Yes. Yes. Poke just... he breaks my heart. He shatters it and he glues it together, and I laugh and I giggle and just... IDEK.

I love Poke. I just got my sister to watch GK and she doesn't like him at all, but like you said, I think it's something that you grow in to the more and more you watch it.

I kept getting randomly excited over Fugitive Kind. Are you going to get to see that? if so, I'm already envious.

Yeah I didn't warm to him immediately I couldn't really work out the tone of what he was saying immediately and then when I did I adored him.

I am yes. I refuse to get excited though because there are so many actors in it that I desperately want to see and I don't want to be disappointed.

POOOOOKE!!! ♥ He's one of my favorites too and I'm still hoping for some Colbert&Poke BFF fic or something :D Oh, Jon Huertas is amazing!! I watched Castle before watching GK and he was the bestest ever ♥!

The first time I saw Poke on the show, I screamed at my TV 'cause I recognized him from Sabrina the Teenage Witch. XD

I can't wait to see Jon Huertas on Castle again. I'm excited!
